    3. SMS Messaging Program

    3.1 Description of SMS Program

    KAT Roofing Co. offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about their roofing projects. When you submit a quote request or contact form on our website and provide your phone number, you may opt in to receive text messages related to your inquiry and project.

    3.2 Messaging Use Cases

    By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages:

    • Quote confirmations: Acknowledging receipt of your quote request.
    • Appointment scheduling: Scheduling and confirming roof inspections or service visits.

    Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. KAT Roofing Co. is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

    3.5 How to Opt Out

    You can opt out of SMS messages at any time:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your device's compatibility, network coverage, and carrier policies.

    You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If we learn that a person under 18 has opted in, we will immediately remove them from our messaging list.
